Rates: Max charges between $45 and $65 per hour, depending on the service.

The rate and the delivery date of your job is clearly stated in your Job Quote. The Job Quote is emailed to you for approval, prior to Max starting work on your job.

Max uses time tracking software to ensure that you only pay for the time she works.

This plan is best for tasks that are varied, non-recurring, or require a short amount of time to accomplish.

Delegate your task using the Submit A Job form. When your job has been completed, Max will send you an invoice detailing how much time she spent on which activities.

Retaining Max for a pre-determined number of hours per month allows Max to give your requirements top priority and provides you with a discounted rate. Unused retainer hours do not roll over into the next month. If additional hours, over and above retainer hours, are required in a given month they will be billed at the regular hourly rate for that service.

Payment Methods: Max accepts company cheques, PayPal, and electronic fund transfers.

Additional expenses: For all jobs which incur expenses relative to a third party (e.g. booking travel) you will need to provide Max with valid credit card information and authorization to charge pre-approved expenses to your card.
