No. Max manages many projects simultaneously, for a variety of clients. Projects are completed on a First Come First Serve basis - which means that your 4 hour job will be delivered within several days. An approximate deadline is included with your Job Quote. If tight deadlines are standard for your business, a retainer package may be right for you. This allows you to purchase a monthly block of Max's time in order to ensure priority for your projects. Like every good employee, Max always does her best to fulfill your requests to your satisfaction - however, like any good employee, on occasion she may misinterpret a request. The best way to manage these situations is by discussing it until a solution is found which meets your needs. Max will always do everything possible, within reason, to meet your expectations.
Unfortunately there are certain things Max simply can't take care of for you, for example, projects that require a high degree of expertise for which we don't have a qualified professional on staff, and jobs that require someone to be on-site (e.g. walking your dog, picking up your mother-in-law, or bringing in your dry cleaning). But Max can research services available in your area, and set you up with someone who can take care of your request.
